Galois Group Fundraiser Protocol

* 8 Weeks Before Finals (i.e., EARLY!)

• Reserve 1147, 2112, 3106 via rooms@math.ucdavis.edu

* 3 Weeks Before Finals

• Update and distribute flyers (.doc here) advertising the fundraiser to undergrads and profs
• Update and distribute sign-up spreadsheet
  • Advertise it to grads (email and in person, i.e., drop into 201A and pass around, dept tea, etc.)
• Order tables, chairs, etc., from Event Services (they're cheap!)

* 1 Week Before Finals

• Print Exams
  • You'll want >50 copies for 21A/17A if it's fall, etc.
  • A zipped file of practice exams can be found in this repository
• Print Undergrad sign-in sheet (WED BEFORE THAT SUNDAY) (DOC onto GG)
• Plan to get coffee, tea, snacks, food (don't be stingy!)
• Plan to get $200 in 10's for cash in hand at opening
• GET THE KEY FOR 1147 FROM SARAH
  • If you forget, you can (NOW - BY THIS FRIDAY PLACE ORDER)
