Room in downtown home (F and 6th st) and adjacent to whole foods grocery store (Food Co-Op).

My housemate and I are looking for someone to move in starting in June. It is open for weekly or monthly rent through the summer. I currently like with two awesome ladies, one of which is leaving for Med School on the East Coast. The other is finishing her masters in Environmental Horticulture and spending quite a bit of time studying plants in the Nevada Deserts. I am in my first year of Vet School with a focus in Equine Medicine. We also share the house with an amazing, personable happy mutt dog.

The house is 3-bedroom with the room for rent up stairs (main floor). It is next to the living room and you pretty much have your own bathroom...occasionally other people will use the toilet. Our dark red kitchen is on the same level with several windows and a skylight. The two other rooms, a bathroom and laundry are downstairs underground.

The house has AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dish-Washer, Microwave, Espresso Machine. The outside has a fireplace (to take place of a fire pit), garden, grapefruit tree, table.

Rent is $180/week which includes whatever you need� internet, cable, electricity, water.. ect.

Hi everyone... I am looking for someone to sublease a room for the summer. It's the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at The Willows, 1959 Lake Blvd. There is a lot of space---the room is 12' x 12' and has two closets and its own bathroom and shower (the closets and the bathroom are not included in the 12' x 12' measurement). Two other math grad students already live here and so you'll have some good roommates.

Rent is $612/month. Your sublease would start on 6/1/08 and end on 8/31/08 (the move-in date is flexible; you can move in a few days early if you want). Required advance payments are the first and last month's rent. But I will pay for your security deposit as this is my incentive for people to move in.

As of 4/7/08, the apartment is still available for next year, and so if you can find people to occupy the other two rooms, then you have the option to renew for another year.

This is master bedroom in a quiet complex. The bedroom is very large (14'x20'), with a walk-in closet that is not included in the bedroom size measurement. You just share the bathroom with one other person. The utilities are included in the price. There is a washer and dryer in the house, which makes it very convenient. There are three other girls in the house with their own rooms. There is the greenbelt behind the house that can be reached via the patio doors at the back of the house. The house is close to the Marketplace (which includes Safeway, Dos Coyotes, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, Pete's Coffee, Noah's Bagels...) and the SaveMart (previously Albertsons) Plaza (which includes Save Mart, McDonald's, Guadelejara...). The bus line to school is right across the street (G and J lines).

Available at the end of March until end of August. Contact me if you are interested in renting the room for just Spring Quarter or just Summer as well.

Each year , a list of people wait for the two bed and bath apartments but since the manager knows me, she offered me first choice! The entire complex is NEW! The rent for you to rent your own bedroom and bathroom is only $$550 per month!!! Within a mile to UCD campus and a nice quiet area. Supposedly created for low income housing ( why the rent is so cheap) but the quality of the place is like a hotel! We would share the kitchen, a spacious living room and a patio. CHeck it out!

$494 Room for rent at the DaVinci Apartments

Own your own room for $494 (not includig utilities like comcast and pg&e) at the Da Vinci Court apartments in south davis. The apartment is 1,468 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you will have your own room and be sharing a bathroom with two other females.) DaVinci Court apartments are pretty new, it was built and finished by December 2005 so its almost 3 years old.

I have lived here last year and renewed the lease but unfortunately cannot stay so I am looking for someone to take over the lease. Comcast is about $25 each month and so far pg&e has run about $20-25 give or take a few dollars. The apartment is fully funished and has a washer and dryer which I found to be VERY CONVENIENT (no more saving up quarters or losing socks/ underwear etc..). The complex also has an updated gym that stays open till 10 pm and a pool and spa. The putah creek bike path also runs in the back of the complex and leads you directly to school in about 7 minutes (if you're a biker) or else you can just ride over the overpass. If you aren't, the W bus line runs on Cowell and picks up passengers approx every 15 minutes !!!!

I liked the fact that the freeway entrance was right round the corner going to sacramento or san francisco. The directions are VERY VERY easy, just exit Richards Blvd and make a left, first traffic light you make a right onto Research Park, and a left on DaVinci !!!!

The room you will be staying in is about 9 feet (something inches) by 10 feet (something inches) and has an inlet by the window so you may place a desk or drawers that is about 5 by 2 feet. There will be 4 other Asian female roommates (two will be sharing the master bedroom). One has graduated from UCD and the other 3 are undergrads. If you like, there are covered parking spaces at an additional cost. We will be having a puppy in the apartment (I think its a miniature pincher) so no other animals (unless its fish or hamsters or something). You are allowed the paint the room if you choose (surprisingly) but you must return it to the same color before you move out. Personally I think that the room is nice as it is and may be too much of a hassle to repaint it (what if you mess up ?!?!).

There's a room opening in my house for the summer. It's at Temple and Manzanita, near the Nuggett on Covell. It's a four bedroom house, the room is spacious, and the rent is only $300/mo. I'm moving into the Domes in the fall, so if you like the house, you should be able to sign onto the lease for next year (though the rent will be a bit higher ($400/mo) after the summer). I'm leaving town on June 15th; if you need a place to stay before that, we can probably work something out. If you want to move in on July 1st or something, that's fine too...
