I need a roommate to share the cost of 2-bedroom apartment at the crossing 5th Avenue/Pole Line Road where I currently live. The total price is $995/month, so your share is going to be in the range $470-520 (negotiable). The apartment is located deep inside the complex, this is really quiet neighborhood. There is swimming pool, free wireless connection, all standard conveniences like laundry etc. The lease term starts in September, ends August 2010. If you need to come earlier, this is also negotiable. Math grads preferred.Call (530) 297-5579,

Master Bedroom Spring 09
Posted Feb. 25, 2009 at 10:05 PM
I'm going abroad to Italy this spring quarter and need someone to sublet my room. I live in the Arbors apartments at 1280 Olive Drive, right next to Lexington and In n Out. I share the master bedroom which has a walk in closet and a bathroom. The rent is 395 a month to share plus comcast and pg&e, but we have free wifi. The apartment is right next to the laundry room and is an 8 minute bike ride from campus and close to downtown. I absolutely need someone for Spring quarter (April until June) but if you want to stay until August, when my lease is over, that is okay with me as well. Also, if you want your own room, you can sublet the entire thing for 790 a month. If you have any more questions, email me! Thank you!Jade Lopez Supplied Email Address: jcllopez@ucdavis.edu

We are subletting our apartment for Summer. We are flexible on the start date, as we will be moving out in mid-June.DATES: July 1st - Aug 31st. If you move fast, and want the place for next year, you can take over our lease and get a new lease for next year. They mainly lease Sept to Sept here.
LOCATION: The Trees, 510 Lake Blvd, Davis, CA WEBSITE: http://www.thetreesapartmentsdavis.com FLOORPLAN (2 bedroom H): http://www.thetreesapartmentsdavis.com/floorplans.html PRICE: $1265/mo but we will cover the difference if you pay $995/mo (negotiable!).
It is a great 2nd floor apartment with large and nice kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher) spacious dining/living room with fireplace! The kitchen is one of the very few updated kitchens in the complex...people are buzzing over it for next year's lease already! But if you move fast and take over our lease for July/Aug, you can have this apartment next year, and you can take this awesome kitchen away from the competition! Large bar/counter separating kitchen and living room. Free DSL. Central heating/air. There are two equal sized bedrooms with two equal bathrooms. Both bathrooms have one sink and plenty of counter space, and tub showers. Plenty of closet space. Back balcony (great for bbq). Pet friendly. Quite complex. roommate needed for sweet house
Posted Aug. 18, 2008 at 12:00 AM
Brandon Crain and I just signed a lease for a house and are looking for a third roommate. It's a really sweet place on the corner of Grande Ave and F St. (about a 2.5 mile (~15min) bike ride to the MSB) and the rent would be 450 a month. We will most likely have a good number of parties there (mostly math grads); so if you are not into that sort of thing, it probably wouldn't work out.
If you are interested, give me a call and we can find a time to meet and talk about it. 508-847-6849

First Year seeks housing

My name is Joe Grimm and I am looking for another student or a group of students who need a roommate. Weekdays I like to sleep midnight - 8 am and would like to live with people who could be quite during those times. I am not habitually neat or bothered by mess, but I am happy to participate in maintaining a clean living space. I like to cook and bake (though I am only a beginner), so a working oven and stove are a must. Please e-mail me with housing opportunities.jjgrimm@ucdavis.edu
