The 8th Annual Davis Math Conference showcases the range of research in the Davis Mathematics Department, with the aim to strengthen intra- and inter-departmental connections in the dynamic UCD research community at all levels. Both professors and graduate students will present their cutting-edge mathematics in a series of 5 sessions organized by topic. The schedule of sessions is:

• 1:30–2:00 Computational Mathematics
• 2:05–2:25 Machine Learning
• 2:30–3:00 Mathematical Biology
• 3:05–3:25 Combinatorics

• 3:30–4:30 Department Tea

Breakfast, lunch, and tea will be provided to facilitate further discussion. As mathematics is an ever-evolving and essential language, we encourage every Aggie mathematician and scientist to attend. First and second years in particular are encouraged to attend, as this conference is a great way to investigate future research areas.
